About Dear Mogu
Dear Mogu is a monthly dessert-themed snail-mail club filled with illustrated recipes, playful paper activities and collectible surprises. Each collection follows Mogu on a new food adventure and arrives as physical mail at your doorstep.
No. Dear Mogu does not include real food, baking ingredients or ready-made desserts.
Everything inside is made from printed paper, cards and stickers. The illustrated recipe can inspire you to make the featured dessert at home using ingredients purchased separately.

Yes. Dear Mogu is physical snail mail delivered to your shipping address. It is not a digital download.
Yes! Every collection features a new dessert, story, colour palette and Mogu adventure. The monthly recipe, postcard, sticker and Mystery Mogu Card are designed especially for that collection.
The Mystery Mogu Card is a collectible card included in your monthly mail. Its design is kept secret until you open your envelope.
Collect the cards from different months to follow Mogu’s adventures and complete your collection.
Every monthly mail includes a collectible achievement sticker. Add each sticker to your “Collect All 12” checklist as you complete Mogu’s monthly dessert adventures.

Dear Mogu can be enjoyed by children, teenagers and adults who love desserts, stationery, collecting and creative paper activities.
Some pieces may be small, so adult supervision is recommended for young children. The illustrated recipe should only be prepared with appropriate adult supervision.
Membership and Payment
Dear Mogu membership is USD 9.99 per month, plus shipping where applicable.
Any shipping charges will be displayed clearly during checkout before you complete your order.
Yes. Your membership automatically renews every month using your original payment method until you choose to cancel.
You do not need to place a new order each month.
You will be charged when you first join. Future payments will be processed automatically on the same date each month, or according to the renewal date shown in your account.
If you only want one collection, you may subscribe and cancel before the next renewal date. You will still receive the collection you have already paid for.
When available, past collections can also be purchased separately as one-time purchases without starting a subscription.
Yes! You may enter the recipient’s name and shipping address during checkout.
Please remember that the membership automatically renews every month until it is cancelled. If you are purchasing it as a gift, you will remain responsible for managing the subscription.
New members will receive the current collection shown on the website at the time of ordering, provided it is still available.
You cannot exchange the current collection for a different month through the subscription.
At the moment, each customer can only have one active membership. If you’d like to purchase another membership for someone else, please place the order using a different email address and their delivery details.
Monthly Deadlines
Yes. Orders for each month’s collection close on the 20th.
Order by the 20th to receive the collection currently shown on our website. Your envelope will be mailed by the 1st of the following month.
Orders placed after the deadline will begin with the next available collection.
Your subscription begins with the collection shown on the product page when you place your order.
For example, if you order the Strawberry Cream Croissant collection by 20 September, that will be your first collection. It will be mailed by 1 October.
Please check the collection name and ordering deadline before completing your purchase.
Dear Mogu collections are made in limited quantities. If the current collection sells out before the 20th, orders will close early.
A collection is only secured after checkout and payment have been completed. You can return when the next monthly collection opens.
Shipping and Delivery
Dear Mogu ships from Singapore to many countries around the world.
At the moment, shipping to European Union (EU) countries is temporarily paused. Recent changes to EU import rules can result in additional customs and postal handling fees when our mail arrives.
Since Dear Mogu is only USD 9.99 a month, those extra charges can sometimes be surprisingly high compared with the value of the mail itself. We don’t want you to join for a little monthly treat, only to be asked to pay another unexpected fee just to receive it.
So for now, we’ve decided to pause EU shipping. If the rules change, or we find a better and more affordable way to send Mogu Mail to the EU, we’ll happily open it again. ♡

Shipping is currently paused to the following European Union countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic (Czechia), Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
The United Kingdom is not part of the EU and is not included in this pause.

Rest of the world — USD $3.90:
All other supported countries that are not included in the lists above.

Shipping is charged with your first order and every monthly renewal. The final shipping fee will be shown at checkout.
Each month’s collection is prepared after the ordering deadline and is expected to be mailed within 7 working days.
You will receive an email after your collection has been dispatched.
Dear Mogu is sent from Singapore by snail mail. 💌
Singapore & Malaysia: Delivery is usually quicker, but timing may vary depending on the local postal service.
International mail: Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks after dispatch for your Mogu Mail to arrive.
Snail mail travels through regular postal networks rather than express courier services, so delivery times can vary. Customs checks, public holidays, weather and local postal delays may occasionally make your mail take a little longer.
We think of Mogu Mail as happy mail worth waiting for — but we’ll always do our best to get it on its way to you as soon as possible. ♡
Standard Dear Mogu mail does not include tracking. If a tracked shipping option is available for your destination, you may select it during checkout for an additional charge.
Depending on where you live, your country may charge customs duties, taxes or postal handling fees when your Mogu Mail arrives. These charges are set by your local authorities and are outside of our control.
We know unexpected fees aren’t a nice surprise, especially for a little USD 9.99 monthly mail. That’s also why we’ve temporarily paused shipping to EU countries, where recent import changes can make the additional charges unusually high compared with the value of the mail itself.
For other international destinations, we recommend checking your country’s import rules before joining if you’re unsure.

We can update your shipping address if your collection has not been dispatched. Once it has been mailed, we cannot redirect it or guarantee a replacement.
You can also update the address in your account before your next renewal.
If your collection is returned because the address was incomplete, incorrect or unclaimed, we will contact you.
You may be asked to pay an additional postage charge before it can be mailed again.
Snail mail can sometimes take a little longer than expected, especially when travelling internationally.
For international orders, please allow 3–4 weeks after dispatch for your Mogu Mail to arrive. Occasionally, customs checks, public holidays or local postal delays may make the journey a little longer.
If it has been more than 4 weeks since your dispatch email and your Mogu Mail still hasn’t arrived, please contact us at dearmoguu@gmail.com with your name, order number and shipping address. We’ll be happy to check what we can and help from there.
As standard Mogu Mail is sent without tracking, we’re unfortunately unable to locate an envelope once it has entered the postal network. If your mail appears to be lost, we’ll review the situation with you individually and see how we can help.
Changes and Cancellations
Yes. You may cancel your membership at any time before your next renewal date.

Yes. Cancelling stops future renewals. You will still receive any collection that has already been paid for.
We currently cannot pause or skip individual months. You may cancel before your next renewal and rejoin whenever you are ready.
Please note that future collections may sell out.
Yes. Sign in to your account and open your subscription settings to update your payment method before the next renewal.
The system may automatically try the payment again. You may also receive an email asking you to update your payment details.
If payment is not completed, your membership may be placed on hold or cancelled, and that month’s collection will not be reserved.
Past Collections
Past collections may be available as one-time purchases while stocks last. You do not need an active membership to purchase one.

Past collections are sold separately and may have a different price from the current monthly membership.
The price and included items will be shown on each collection page.
Most monthly collections are limited editions and may not be restocked after they sell out.
Sold-out collections may remain visible in the archive so you can explore Mogu’s previous adventures.
Returns and Problems
Because Dear Mogu mail contains limited-edition printed and paper items, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted for change-of-mind purchases.
Please contact us if your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect.

Your name
Your order number
A description of the problem
Clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or solution when possible.
Please contact dearmoguu@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your collection. Include your order number and tell us which item is missing.
We will check your order and help make it right.
Small differences in colour, cutting, placement and print finish may occur because screens display colours differently and some Dear Mogu pieces are prepared by hand.
These small variations are part of the handmade nature of each collection and do not affect how the items are used.
